Course Format

All courses are available in-person and virtually and include a blend of didactic delivery, guided discussion, small- group skill practice, and application examples. Some courses are offered as single sessions and some include a series of sessions. Approximately 60% of each course is dedicated to interactive/experiential work. Fee structure varies depending on length of course and number of participants.
